This may be old news, but I just discovered it on wikiHow. There's nothing new, and little accurate, but here's the link: http://www.wikihow.com/Cheat-a-Polygraph-Test-(Lie-Detector)

I think I saw that one the same time I saw 'Bill Nye the Science Guy' telling people how inaccurate the poly is. I actually liked this guy on TV when my boys were younger. TaylorIP: Logged |

I liked him too, but there was nothing scientific in his article - that's still available on the web I think.I didn't know there was a "wikiHow" until I saw this. I knew about wikipedia, or whatever it is, and I think George wrote their article, but who knows? IP: Logged |

A person attempting to beat a polygraph must assume a role! That is, his performance throughout will be theater. He will be playing a role in which his script has been supplied by an unethical examiner or former examiner. The script generally gets discarded once the polygraph chart reveals his deception. That wasn't supposed to be part of the play and he is incapable of "adlibbing." IP: Logged |
